## Fine types supported

- Parking retribution (redevance de stationnement / parkeerretributie): 10–30 day deadline depending on agency.
- GAS/SAC municipal administrative fines: typically 30 days.
- Penal fines (speeding, red light, police): 30 days; Quitte flags lawyer risk (+33% if lost).

## How it works

1. User photographs their fine (or uploads an image).
2. Quitte extracts agency, plate, amount, date, location, and fine type.
3. Quitte assesses contestability (0–100 score) and lists applicable Belgian legal grounds.
4. Quitte generates contestation letters in French and Dutch (standard, complete, or aggressive strategy).
5. User can download the letter and send by registered post (accepted by every Belgian agency).
